Driving to Grabine Lakeside offers a scenic drive through small country towns from Goulburn to Crookwell and Bigga with lush countryside as far as you can see. Australia has many big things to explore, and Goulburn is home to The Big Merino, it was built in 1985. Crookwell is 30 minutes from Goulburn and is a small historical town with fascinating heritage as well as beautiful tree lined streets and gardens. Crookwell may be small but is great for a quick rest break and bite to eat or a cold drink at the local pub. On the road again getting closer to Grabine Lakeside you will stumble across a small village called Bigga in the Southern Tablelands of NSW. Rolling in to Grabine Lakeside you will discover livestock, rolling hills, winding and unsealed dirt roads that lead to the view of endless Wyangala dam.
Dirt tracks are to be taken with caution as the road does become very winding, tight, rocky and dirt for most of the drive in, but the view will not disappoint. As you arrive you will see a small office where you can check in and proceed to discover the perfect campsite just for you. Please take note of the check in times on the Reflections Park website to arrange alternative access if you are arriving out of office hours. As the sun sets with the hills and still water in the background this makes for the perfect view from your camp kitchen. The sunsetting, waterfront campsite and a few friends having a laugh, you then ask yourself, can this get any better? The answer is yes!! Camp is set up and there are endless opportunities of activities to experience, kangaroo’s jumping along the water and surrounded by nature. Hook, line, and sinker this place will grab you in and will make you want to explore around the park.
